# Gamemods

Ascend the End has few possible mods in which players can compete, loot or progress.

## Classic Match

* **The Essence:** Players dive into a high-stakes extraction battleground where *every match evolves dynamically*, forcing rapid adaptation. Outsmart rival players, survive waves of elite NPC forces, and complete shifting *match-specific objectives*
* **The Setting:** Vast landscapes dotted with treasures, formidable NPCs, and rival players.
* **The Challenge:** Survive and subsequently claim the weekly and monthly leaderboards, where top players are heavily bagging $ASCEND tokens.

## Glory run

* **The Essence:** A solo/team roguelike adventure blending narrative with intense gameplay.
* **The Setting:** Intense gameplay across seven islands, each with unique missions escalating in difficulty. Players unlock story layers and face growing challenges.
* **The Challenge:** It’s streamed for audience engagement, with rewards up to $100,000 for conquering the final islands, blending skill tests with substantial earnings.

## Grand Tournament

* T**he Essence:** Organized event with a one-winner format, a thrilling blend of extraction shooters meets battle royale.
* **The Setting:** A map devoid of exits until the final moments.
* **The Challenge:** At the 15-minute mark, an extraction beacon lights up. Yet, it’s a tantalizing 60-second wait before access. Players must sprint, secure, and hold ground for half a minute to claim victory. All others face their doom.
