Tactics are very important in the ATE, choosing the right synergy between gear, Exosuit and abilities and make right choices are crutial for victory.

## Upgrade - Shelter

Your Shelter serves as your base and hub for progression. Here, you can:

* **Craftsmanship** - In ATE, players hold the keys to their destiny as they are able to design their own arsenal by crafting weapons, ammunition, and consumables. Furthermore, players can handpick and upgrade their exosuits to enhance their skill set and be more efficient.

* **Choose and enhance your Exosuit.**

* **Building a Shelter** - Players are bound to build a shelter and supply it with resources to strengthen its capabilities and transform it into a strategic nucleus that would power their fighting operations and offer a safe sanctuary when needed.
* Engage in farming and trading activities.
* Track your achievements and overall progress.
* Plan your next challenge, and participate in Win & Earn game mods:
  * **Resource Extraction:** Engage in an intense extraction shooter experience, battling against a relentless NPC onslaught. Collect valuable resources and outlast the competition to earn a coveted spot on the leaderboard. Explore vast landscapes dotted with treasures, formidable NPCs, and rival players. Survive and claim top positions on the weekly and monthly leaderboards, where top players are rewarded with $ASCEND tokens.
  * **Glory Runs**: Embark on a thrilling journey through the perilous islands of Ascend the End in the Glory Runs mode. This rogue-lite challenge tests your skills and strategy across seven increasingly difficult stages. Each island presents unique obstacles and enemies, requiring adaptability and tactical prowess to overcome. Aim to reach and conquer the fifth, sixth, and seventh islands for substantial rewards, and secure your place on the leaderboard.
  * **Grand Tournaments**: Compete in large-scale tournaments for glory and significant prizes.

* Invest in upgrading your shelter to align with your goals and play style. Discover the most effective strategies to ascend to the Heaven city.
